OUR PHASE MODEL OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The CENTRIO phase model illustrates the individual phases during project management.
From the first customer appointment via the implementation of the project to the handover to the service department and the execution of maintenance, all stations are run through together with CENTRIO.

THE 8 PHASES OF A PROJECT

PRESALES

During a personal meeting we will present you our system PERIpath and give you first insights into the scope of services. Together we define a project goal, the schedule, the project framework and the further procedure.

AFTERSALES SUPPORT

If you have decided on one of our systems and would like to realize a project together with us, your CENTRIO sales representative will support you during the entire project period.

INITIATION

Together, we refine the framework conditions that were established in the presales phase and define the basic structures of the project. This includes the project members, the project plan, the stakeholders and the communication.

CONCEPTION

On the basis of a requirements analysis we create a suitable concept for you, which is adapted in several iterations according to your wishes and ideas. Only with your approval do we begin with the development.

REALIZATION

We implement your requirements with agile development methods (e.g. SCRUM or KANBAN), which enables us to react flexible to changes and still deliver results quickly. The transition takes place first on a test system and is installed only after your release on your productive system. At the same time we train your administrators and key users so that a smooth handling is guaranteed.

COMPLETION & HANDOVER

As soon as all points from the concepts and possible further adjustments have been implemented, the software can be approved by you on the basis of the jointly defined acceptance criteria.

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

After approval of the software, our professional service is at your disposal for all questions and concerns. Periodic updates ensure that your system continues to run smoothly and are carried out according to the agreed contract.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING

All CENTRIO consultants have a PRINCE2 certification and are therefore very familiar with the common project management tools. We create project documentation for you during the entire duration of the project. This includes all agendas, protocols, concepts and training documents.
